Halloween Party...

October 24, 2009...At a Halloween party. Here I am with Reesey, Rebecca, Sarah, and Hannah. Mommy taught Sarah in second grade when she was pregnant with me and Hannah in first grade.

October 23, 2009...I had my fifth soccer practice today. I was totally out of it...very sleepy because soccer is during my regular nap time. I don't think Daddy, Grammy & Grandpa got to see my full potential today!

I'm Forty Months Old!!!

October 23, 2009...I'm getting close to being 3 1/2. Mommy keeps telling me that I have to stay 3!!! I am so much fun, and I keep Daddy & Mommy on their toes. I am a happy, sweet, shy, caring, loving, energetic, careful, helpful, smart and sometimes bossy little boy. I am working hard to be potty trained...it's pretty tough. I stay dry all day long, and I'm working hard to stay dry during my nap. I love anything to do with the movie "Cars." My favorite Cars to play with are the race cars and my nine pittys. I especially love the pittys, Lug & Nutty. I even sleep with them. The other thing I'm really into is carrying around two stuffed animals...Little Jack, my gorilla and Halloween Bear, from Grammy & Grandpa. My favorite show is still "The Backyardigans." I love to sing their songs and have so many of them memorized, as does Mommy. I also love to listen to Jack's Jams Volumes 2 and 3 and songs from the movie "Cars." My other favorite song is Miley Cyrus's "Party in the U.S.A." I am still hugely into reading books before naps and bedtime. My current favorites are Owl at Home; all Frog & Toad books; Cars books; Froggy Plays in the Band; Berenstain Bears books; Digger; my magazines (National Geographic Kids and Animal Baby), and any nonfiction books about animals or fictional books with animals as the main characters. I love to eat any kind of cracker or snack (especially Cheezits at Grammy's), apples, "hot buttered toast", lunch at Chipotle (seasoned rice, black beans, & shredded pork), Gogurt, ice cream (as a treat), chicken, and smoothies. I love being a big brother & having fun with Reese; going over to Grammy & Grandpa's; watching the Backyardigans; going to school and playing with my friends Drew & Will; being on a soccer team; reading books; going to Rhyme Time and picking out new books; getting my own drinks and being independent; doing silly things with Daddy; playing sports with Daddy; doing crafts with Mommy; seeing my friends; and learning new things. I can count to 10 in Spanish, and I'm excited about starting Spanish in school this month. Life is good! Here are my monthly monkey pictures...

The Fair & VIDEOS!!!

October 22, 2009...Wouldn't want to miss the state fair this year! Grammy took Reesey, Mommy, and me to the fair. We started it off the right way with some cotton candy!!! (We actually ate some sweet potatoes first, which was Mommy's idea. Grammy's idea was the cotton candy).

I couldn't wait to ride the carousel!!!

Soccer Practice: Day 3 & VIDEO...

October 19, 2009...I had my third soccer practice today. This was my best practice ever because in our game, I scored three goals!!!!!!!!!!! We also had a team photos today.

October 19, 2009...Mommy took Reesey & me to the pumpkin patch today. It was a chilly morning, and we had such a great time. We didn't want to leave. We saw lots of animals - ducks, goats, turkeys, and bunnies. We also rode the train and went on a hayride. We got to pick out pumpkins, and I went down a huge slide. It was the best!!!

My First Wedding...

October 15-18, 2009...We went to Kiawah Island, SC, for Daddy's cousin's wedding. Daddy's cousin is Kathryn, and she got married to Richard. I even got to go to the ceremony!!! I saw lots of family there...Gigi, Nana, Aunt Lori, Uncle Rob, Kathryn, Lindsey, Uncle Dan, Auntie Lish, Uncle Michael, TJ and baby Michael. We stayed in a great condo, and I had my own room. I really had the most fun playing with TJ. We did so many fun things in Kiawah...a bike tour with Daddy, Uncle Michael, & TJ; the rehearsal dinner; got to go to the beach; the wedding and reception; playing; and a visit to the Sanctuary hotel. I even watched some of the Michigan game. Congratulations Kathryn & Richard!!!
