Christmas Tree...

November 27, 2011...We put our Christmas tree up tonight.  I had fun hanging my ornaments on the tree.  We listened to Christmas music (Nano's Christmas CD) and drank eggnog with cinnamon (my favorite tradition with Mommy...Daddy & Reesey don't like eggnog).

Circus...

November 21, 2011...Grammy took Reese, Mommy, & me to the Shriner's Circus this afternoon after school.  As you will see from the pictures, we had a blast and saw some amazing things!  I was in awe the entire time...

Of course, Grammy had to get us cotton candy!!!

Camp Kanata...

November 20, 2011...Today is Grandpa's birthday, and we all miss him so much. We went to church with Grammy this morning and had lunch together. This evening we went to Camp Kanata for a ceremony. Mommy used to go to this camp with Grandpa for Indian Princesses. He was once "Chief of the Nation". They honored the former chiefs tonight. It was a great time to be together as a family. Symphony...

November 19, 2011...Grammy got tickets for the children's symphony series.  Today we went to see/hear "Beethoven Lives Upstairs".  I enjoyed the program and especially having a snack.  Thanks, Grammy!

Mommy came with us, but she had a really bad headache.  :(

Field Trip!

November 16, 2011...We had a walking field trip today, and Mommy came with us.  We collected bags of food from houses near our school for the local food bank.  A week ago, we dropped off empty bags in the neighborhood with instructions for items we needed.  Today, we went back and collected the items that people left for us on their porches.  We collected so much to give to people who really need food.  It was a great day, and we did a ton of walking!

Christmas Village...

November 11, 2011...One of my favorite things about Christmas is setting up and looking at Grammy & Grandpa's Christmas village.  Grandpa & I always set it up together.  Here's a picture of Grandpa & me with the village in 2009...

I'm sad Grandpa isn't here to set up the village with me this year.  But Uncle Matt came over, and we set it up together, and that was great!  I love you, Uncle Matt!

Now, Reesey is big enough to help, too.
