Happy Turkey Day!

November 25, 2010...Happy Thanksgiving!!! I spent the day having fun with my family. Auntie Jo Jo, Uncle Mike, Charlie & Crosby (and their au pair, Roxy) came to town to spend Thanksgiving with us. We had a blast together.

I'm Fifty-Three Months Old!!!

November 23, 2010...I am now 53 months old...almost 4 1/2! WOW! I'm still home-schooled by Mommy, and I'm enjoying learning new things with her. I can read some words on my own, and I have some books I can read by myself (even though Mommy thinks I've memorized them). My favorite TV show right now is "The Cat in the Hat Knows a lot about That!" My favorite books right now are Dr. Seuss books, farm books, Jack Truck and any books about sports or books that we check out from the library. I love to play with my cars (from "Cars") and our Thomas trains (most are Reese's). I don't have any new favorite foods, but Mommy & Daddy are happy with my eating because I'm a good eater. "I never waste my food" (this is what I told Mommy one night at dinner). Ice cream is definitely at the top of my list still. I love going over to Grammy & Grandpa's house, seeing friends at the Y and having playdates, setting up my cars, playing with legos, doing crafts and projects, riding my bike and playing outside, going to the park, going to the library, eating snacks, playing with Daddy after work, reading books with Mommy, and being silly with Reesey.

November 22, 2010...Mommy took Reesey & me to a special program at the library today. Someone read The Nutcracker and there were some dancers who acted out parts of it while she read. I enjoyed the story and the dancers.

November 20, 2010...Today is Grandpa's birthday!!! We celebrated by having dinner and spending some time with him this evening. I love you so much, Grandpa!!!

November 14, 2010...Today I went to Julia's princess birthday party! When I walked into the dance studio, I wasn't so sure about it because sitting in front of me were about 10 little girls in princess costumes. About 2 minutes later, Camden walked in. I was glad to have another boy there with me. I had such a great time at the party doing all kinds of fun things. Thanks for inviting me to a great party, Julia!!!

November 9, 2010...This week we are learning about Dr. Seuss and reading lots of his books. We are learning about words that end with -at...rhyming words like cat, mat, fat, that, hat, etc. I really love The Cat in the Hat and The Cat in the Hat Comes Back.

Mommy made me green eggs for breakfast...just not the ham.

Daddy's Marathon...

November 7, 2010...We went to see Daddy during his second marathon!!! It was a really chilly morning. Here we are waiting for him at mile 20.75. We got to hang out with Natalie, Riley, & Ainsley because their daddy was running the race, too. He was looking good!!!

He did it!!! Daddy finished his marathon in 3 hours & 4o minutes!
