August 6, 2012...Today I went to the pool with my friend, Kayla!  Here I am with Kayla, Kendall, Reese, and Colten...

August 2, 2012...We had a blast at the pool today with our friends.  I swam and played with my good friend, Julia.  We've been friends since we were babies.  We had fun in the indoor pool this morning.

I used to be afraid of the buckets.  Now I really like them!

Bead Necklaces...

After I made myself a necklace, I decided I wanted to surprise Daddy with an early birthday present.  So, I made him a bracelet and put it in a box.  Then, I decorated the box with my stickers.

46/46!

August 1, 2012...I went to the doctor for my six year check-up today.  I am 46 inches tall, and I weigh 46 pounds.  I have grown 2 1/2 inches since my last check up last year.  (Last year I was 43 1/2 inches and 43 pounds).  I am 75th percentile in height and 50th percentile in weight.  The doctor says I'm doing great!!!!

Summer Movie Series...

July 31, 2012...Today we went to the movies for our Tuesday summer movie.  We saw "Alvin & the Chipmunks:  Chipwrecked".  Grammy has been taking us on Tuesdays to see movies while Mommy works in the morning.  Grammy used to take Mommy to the movies in the summer when she was a little girl.  Here is the theater we go to.

July 30, 2012...Today I had a swimming playdate with my friend, Jack S.  His middle name is Thomas, too!  Reesey came along for the fun.

Little Artist...

July 29, 2012...Me!  Mommy was trying to get a picture of my sunkissed hair as it is getting lighter from being at the beach and pool.  Instead, she got a darling picture.

Daddy let me watch "Star Wars IV: A New Hope" today.  I really needed to draw a picture of Chewbacca!

Last Day of Camp...

July 27, 2012...Today was my last day of sports camp.  I spent the week learning how to play soccer and doing all kinds of other things as the regular camp's theme this week was holidays.  Some of my favorite things from the week were making smores, eating "double" popsicles, earning beads, and my counselor, Maggie.  I didn't love camp, but it was a great experience.  I bet baseball camp would have been even better!

New Slide...

July 25, 2012...This evening we went to another Y pool.  It has a huge slide that you have to have a black band to go down.  Since I now have my black band, I couldn't wait to try out a new slide!

I'm 73 Months Old!!!

July 23, 2012...Yep, can you believe it?  I'm now 73 months old...6 years and one month!  Mommy hasn't taken many monkey pictures this year.  She's going to try to do better.  What I'm really into...playing Star Wars and baseball Wii; the Detroit Tigers, especially pitcher Justin Verlander; watching baseball with Daddy; playing Legos; drawing; swimming; drinking strawberry milk; watching "Sid the Science Kid" on PBS; reading The Magic Treehouse series (Mommy has read the first 20 books to us); listening to "We Built This City" by Jefferson Starship; my little brother, Reesey, and keeping my room clean and organized.  I love being with my family, and I always want to play with my friends.  Mommy has been working with my on my reading, writing and math this summer.  What I'm into...addition.  What I'm not into...reading, writing, and subtraction.  I'm doing a good job, but I don't love doing it!

DAY CAMP!

July 23, 2012...Today is my first day of day camp!  I am going to a soccer-themed sports camp.  I am going to the same camp that my mommy went to 27 years ago!  I even have her old cooler!!!!

Pool Time!

May 27, 2012...1st of many trips to the pool this summer!  Daddy and I had a great time jumping in together.  And I am already a little fish, swimming everywhere!  I still love wearing my goggles!!!

Yep!  Gotta get an ice pop at the pool.  Grandpa always bought us one when he came to the pool with us.  They remind me of Grandpa.

Go Mudcats!

May 26, 2012...Daddy, Mommy, Reese & I went to our first Mudcats game of the season tonight!  I had a pretty good time, but I am still scared of fireworks, and they had fireworks several times.  I did enjoy figuring out the scoreboard and watching the pitchers warming up right in front of us.  I do love baseball!

Before the game we got to see an Apache helicopter, in honor of Memorial Day.
