July 23, 2009...I'm three years and one month old today. Mommy realized she didn't take any monkey pictures of me on my third birthday...so sad. So, here are lots more! I'm definitely the typical three year old in terms of wanting everything now and everything my way. I want to be independent. I'm still sweet, loving, and shy, but I am pretty demanding now, too. I'm starting to learn to share, especially now that Reesey wants to get into all of my toys. Sharing is not my favorite thing, but I am getting better. I am doing great with potty training now! I have only had one accident in two weeks! I don't take baths anymore, just showers. I will play with Reesey in the bathtub and help give him a bath. My favorite shows right now are The Backyardigans, The Letter Factory, and Little Bear. I still love the movie Cars, but I don't have to watch it every day. I know all of my (capital) letters and the sounds that they make. My favorite books are Berenstain Bear books; books about baseball; Under the Sea (a nonfiction book that I got at the National Aquarium in Baltimore); How to Potty Train Your Monster; Cars; Meet Jack Truck; and any baby book that Reesey likes. I love BASEBALL more than just about anything!!! I want to wear my baseball jersey, baseball socks/stirrups, fast shoes/cleats, and baseball hat all the time. I love watching baseball with Daddy when he comes home from work, and I love to play baseball in the evenings with Mommy & Daddy, too. I carry my glove and ball and my baseball guys with me just about everywhere I go. My favorite foods are hummus & chips/pretzels, pickles, ice cream, chicken, any kind of cracker, yogurt, granola bars, and cereal. My favorite songs are Center Field; Go Cubs, Go; Take Me Out to the Ballgame; Route 66; and songs from Reese's Mother Goose baby CD. I love baseball & most other sports, snacks, playing with my cars/trucks from the movie Cars, playing with my baseball guys, seeing Ainsley & Riley at the YMCA, going to Rhyme Time at the library and picking out lots of books, tickling Reesey & making him laugh, going to Grammy & Grandpa's house, going for walks, taking care of my stuffed animals, going to the pool and jumping in all by myself, reading books with Mommy, playing Wii with Daddy, having Daddy tuck me in at night, getting packages/magazines/cards in the mail, and BASEBALL!!!!!!!! I'm growing up so fast...Mommy & Daddy can't believe it.
