February 23, 2010...I am now forty-four months old...just four months away from being four years old! I am totally immersed in the world of Richard Scarry's Busytown! My favorite show is "The Busy World of Richard Scarry." I have to watch one episode every day. Sometimes, I like to watch "Home Run Derby" with Daddy because I still love baseball. I like to see baseball games and learn about baseball players. My favorite book is
Cars and Trucks and Things that Go. Mommy reads some of it every night, and we've read it many times. I also love any other Richard Scarry books (especially
Peasant Pig);
My Maize & Blue Day; Better Not Get Wet, Jesse Bear; How Do You Say it Today, Jesse Bear?; It's About Time, Jesse Bear; and my magazines that I get from Nana & Auntie Lish. I love to read with Mommy...before my nap and before bedtime. I just love to be read to! My favorite songs are "I Get Around"; "Go, Cubs, Go"; and "Centerfield." Grammy has a DVD called "Let's Play Ball" that I always want to watch at her house. It has children playing baseball, football, and other sports, and the songs, "I Get Around" and "Centerfield" are in this video!!! Some of my favorite foods are granola bars, eggs, toast, blueberries, oranges, Danimals, sausage, and any kind of cracker. I have just started to get into Legos! Grammy & Grandpa saved tons of Uncle Matt's Legos from when he was little. I've started building things with them. I love going to school and learning my letters and numbers and doing all sorts of activities about letters and numbers. I love playing baseball; playing with my football and baseball guys; playing with my Legos; playing with my cars from the movie "Cars"; going to Rhyme Time and checking out books at the library; playing outside; riding my tricycle; playing sports with Daddy; reading books with Mommy; being with my friends; going to Grammy & Grandpa's house; playing Candyland; playing and snuggling with my stuffed animals (my latest favorite is a bear named "Valentine" that I got for Valentine's Day); making Reesey laugh and talk; and having fun! Here are some pictures of me from today!
