13 Months Old...

Hey Everyone! I turned 13 months old yesterday, July 23. I'm getting so big. I have taken a few steps at a time, but I'm not walking yet. I go all around the furniture and take my walker around the house, too. I've said two words...ball (for Grammy) and head. My favorite song is "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes"...that's where the "head" came from. I still love to listen and dance to music and be sung and read to. My favorite books right now are Never Put a Frog in the Kitchen Sink, My Puppy Friends, My Kitten Friends, Dr. Seuss's ABC, and Happy Baby Words/Animals. I love any book with dogs and cats. I have learned to wave, and I love to wave at people and my stuffed animals. Every morning I have to wave to my big monkey and my little Curious George stuffed animals. I love to look at pictures of my family and of myself. I can't go past one without sticking my arm out and pointing to it. I do this to lots of objects, which means, I want to see that. I love to throw the ball with anyone, and I like to put things in and out of my Tonka truck. I have 4 teeth now, and two more are coming in up top. I love to eat just about everything...especially hummus, cheese, chicken, and eggs. Smoothies are my favorite thing, too!!! I love to splash in the bathtub, go to the pool, be tickled, be chased around the room by Mommy, see Daddy after he comes home from work, go to Grammy & Grandpa's, and go on walks. My First Haircut...

Hey everybody! Mommy and Grandpa took me to get my very first haircut yesterday, July 13, at J.J.'s Kids Cuts. I got to watch a Baby Einstein video and sit in a NYC police car while they cut my hair. Someone even blew bubbles for me. I was a good boy. Mommy took a million pictures for you to see.

My Trip to Chicago, Holland, & Manistee..

June 30-July 8, 2007...I bet you've been wondering why I haven't updated my blog lately! Well, I've been on vacation. We flew to Chicago on Saturday, June 30. The plane ride was really fun because my cousin, Lindsey, and my friend, Eli, (and his mommy and daddy) were all on the plane with me. On Saturday we went to my cousin T.J.'s christening in Chicago. Unfortunately, I decided to have a temper tantrum just after it started, so Mommy and I waited outside the church until it was over. On Sunday, we drove to Holland, Michigan, and stopped at Nana and Nano's house. Then, we got back in the car and drove to Manistee, Michigan. We stayed in a really cool beach cottage right on Lake Michigan. Here are all of the people who were there...Gigi, Nana, Nano, Great Aunt Lori, Lindsey, Kathryn, Uncle Michael, Auntie Lish, T.J., Daddy, Mommy, and me. I got to go to the beach a lot. It took about two days until I really liked the sand. The water was freezing, but I still wanted to walk into it. We had a lot of fun in Manistee. On Saturday, July 7, we drove back to Holland and stayed there for the night. I got to get in the lake behind Nana and Nano's house. The water was pretty warm. I shared a float with Nano, and I also got to ride in a paddleboat, too. Here are some pictures from my trip.

My Birthday!!!

On June 23, 2007, I celebrated my first birthday! I'm now a toddler!!! Here are a ton of pictures from my special day...from beginning to end. We had a cookout for my family. It was so special to have so many people here. I was totally spoiled with presents and attention!!!
