August 31, 2008...Here I am brushing my teeth in my bathroom! Great Aunt Lori (Nana's sister) and Great Uncle Rob came by to visit us today. I had fun doing puzzles with them and spending some time with them. I had so much fun with them. They even brought me an elephant!

August 30, 2008...Pool season is almost over. The Y pool closes on Labor Day, but Grammy & Grandpa's pool will be open for another three weeks!!! Here are some pictures of me at Grammy & Grandpa's pool.

August 26, 2008...Mommy had her 37 week check-up today, so Grandpa came along to hang out with me and to help Mommy get a new stroller. Then, he took us to P.F. Chang's for lunch. YUMMY! Here are some pictures of me putting on my hard hat, which I call my "helmet."

Getting Ready to be a Big Brother...

August 23, 2008...I am getting ready to be a big brother. My new sister or brother should be arriving in about three weeks or so. Mommy took me over to my friend Julia's house to play with Julia and Camden. I found Julia's baby doll, and I took really good care of it while I was there. I was so careful and calm with the baby. Mommy knows I'm going to be a great big brother!

I'm 26 Months Old!!!

August 23, 2008...Hey everyone! I turned 26 months old today! I'm getting so big! Not too many things have changed over the past month. I'm still talking all the time. Mommy thinks I am like a sports commentator, making a comment about everything we do, all day long. I am still totally into construction equipment/ vehicles. I love when Grandpa drives me past the job sites in his Tahoe. I still love to read with Mommy and Daddy. My current favorite books are I'm a Big Brother; Mr. Big Brother; Old MacDonald Had a Farm; Little Bear; Michigan Wolverines 1, 2, 3; and Diggers. My favorite songs are "The Victors", "Day-O", "Where is Thumbkin", "Old MacDonald Had a Farm", "Rockabye Your Bear" and "The Wheels on the Bus." I love to help Mommy in the kitchen, go for walks, read, play with my trains, play with my Little People, get tackled and tickled by Daddy, play baseball and soccer, look for trucks when I'm in the car, go on trips, spend time with Grammy and Grandpa, play with my friends, pick out my own books at the library, and "go under" (the water) in the pool. Life is good now...but pretty soon things are going to change. I'll be a big brother in just a couple of weeks. I think I'm going to be pretty busy!!! Here are my monkey pics...

August 22, 2008...Mommy and I got invited to Abby's 10th birthday party. Abby was one of Mommy's students when she was pregnant with me. I had fun getting lots of attention from so many cute girls!

My Trip to Detroit, Michigan...

August 15-17, 2008...Daddy & Mommy took me to Detroit, Michigan for the weekend. We went to celebrate Daddy's birthday and to go to a Detroit Tigers game with lots of Daddy's family. I got to spend the weekend with my cousin, Lindsey; Gigi; Uncle Michael; Auntie Lish; my cousin, TJ; Nano & Nana; and Daddy & Mommy. Some of the highlights from the trip were: flying to and from Detroit, going out to Greektown for dinner on Friday night, going to the Detroit Zoo, going to the Detroit Tigers baseball game, swimming in the hotel pool with Nano, Daddy, and Mommy, and eating pancakes for breakfast! We stayed in a hotel a couple of blocks from Comerica Park, where the Tigers play. I loved getting to play with my family!
